General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute the entire agreement between 777jja (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter "User", "Player", or "you") who accesses, registers, or uses the 777jja website and its associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer games, crash games, and sports betting.

By accessing 777jja and creating an account, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.

777jja reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Any such amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are written in English and are intended to be interpreted under general principles of fairness and good faith. Where any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Account Registration

To access the full range of 777jja services — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, and participation in promotions — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals aged 18 years and above.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must not impersonate any other person or entity, use a false identity, or provide misleading information during the registration process. 777jja reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided at any time.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 777jja. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed without prior notice. Any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• One account per household: Only one account per residential address and per shared device is permitted unless prior written approval has been granted by 777jja support.
• Accurate personal details: Your registered name, date of birth, phone number, and payment method details must be accurate and consistent. Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts whose details match.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. 777jja will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Notification of breach: If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 777jja support immediately via live chat.

777jja reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant without providing a reason, and to suspend or close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms at any time.

Deposits & Withdrawals

777jja supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the mobile financial services most widely used across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in ৳ with no currency conversion applied to your account wallet balance.

Deposits

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper limit stated on individual deposits; however, transaction limits imposed by your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) will apply.
• Deposits are credited to your 777jja wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases of network delays, credits may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit is not reflected after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• 777jja does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The mobile financial service account used to deposit must be registered in your own name and match your 777jja account details.
• Deposits made using funds obtained through illegal or fraudulent means will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. 777jja cooperates fully with relevant authorities in fraud investigations.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, subject to KYC verification being complete on the account.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within a few hours of request submission, subject to verification checks. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• 777jja reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or when unusual account activity has been detected.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus activity may be subject to wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. See Section 4 (Bonus & Promotions) for full details.

Bonus & Promotions

777jja offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL cricket season. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out below.

1. Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus amounts and any winnings derived from bonus play are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms at the time of opt-in.
2. One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously is not permitted and may result in one or more bonuses being voided.
3. Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, bonuses and associated free spins must be used within 7 days of being credited to your account. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
4. Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet towards wagering. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or may be entirely excluded from wagering. Contribution rates for each bonus will be specified in the promotion terms.
5. Maximum Bet While Bonus is Active: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted single bet is ৳500 or the equivalent stake in the game's denomination, unless the specific promotion states a higher limit. Placing bets above this threshold while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
6. Abuse and Manipulation: 777jja actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting low house-edge games to meet wagering requirements, and coordinated group play. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently closed.

777jja reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. The decision of 777jja management regarding any bonus dispute is final.

User Obligations

As a registered user of 777jja, you are required to use the platform in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. The following obligations apply to every account holder and must be observed throughout the entire duration of your use of the platform.

• Lawful use only: You must only use 777jja for personal entertainment purposes. The platform must not be used for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law.
• Accurate information: All information you provide to 777jja — including during registration, KYC verification, and support interactions — must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. It is your responsibility to notify us promptly of any changes to your personal details.
• No automated tools: You must not use bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with the 777jja platform, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• No collusion: Coordinating play with other users to gain an advantage — particularly in live dealer games or sports betting — is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of collusion will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Respectful conduct: Any communication with 777jja support staff or other users via in-platform chat features must be respectful and free from harassment, abusive language, discriminatory remarks, or threats of any kind.
• No unauthorised system access: Attempting to access, probe, or compromise the security systems, databases, or infrastructure of 777jja is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Personal use only: Your 777jja account is for your personal use exclusively. You must not operate your account on behalf of a third party, receive deposits from third parties, or allow others to use your account credentials.

Breach of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance held (including winnings), and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.

Age Restriction

777jja is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place any bet, claim any bonus, or use any feature of the platform. By completing the registration process, you declare and warrant that you are aged 18 years or older.

Account Closure

You may close your 777jja account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat and submitting a closure request. Before processing the closure, any remaining real-money balance in your wallet will be eligible for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC checks. Active bonus balances are non-withdrawable and will be forfeited upon closure.

777jja also reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity associated with the account.
• Account holder found to be under 18 years of age.
• Duplicate account detected for the same individual.
• Bonus abuse or manipulation of promotional mechanics.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or exploits.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions filed against deposits.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

Where an account is closed by 777jja due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. 777jja will retain all account data for the period required by applicable record-keeping obligations, even after account closure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777jja and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services.

• Service availability: 777jja does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. We will endeavour to restore service as quickly as practicable.
• Game outcomes: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). 777jja does not guarantee any particular outcome or return on any bet or wager. Published RTP figures are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not represent individual session results.
